WY-51 Pipe Bending Machine
Select WY-51 from the actual tube and bending die, then confirm angle controls, material capacity and the workshop cycle.

Match WY-51 to a complete tube-and-die requirement
Diameter alone is not enough
The supplied WY-51 reference lists bending diameter ≤51 mm and thickness scope 3 mm. These figures do not establish the same capacity for every grade, radius or finished profile.
Give WinYing the actual outside diameter, wall thickness and centerline bend radius. Include the straight lengths and later bends so clamping, support and part access can be reviewed.
Five mold labels, not five universal pipe standards
| Listed mold | What must be confirmed |
|---|---|
| 1″ / 1.25″ / 1.5″ / 1.75″ / 2″ | Actual tube outside diameter and groove fit. |
| Each required bend radius | Matched die radius and the dimension convention. |
| Ordered mold package | Which tools are included and which need a separate quotation. |
WY-51 Supplied Reference Specifications
All values below follow the existing WY-51 source. Confirm material capacity, included molds, electrical frequency/phases and the selected control package.
What the control figures establish
Nine bending angles
The source lists Bending Angles Quantity as 9 and an angle range of 5–180°. Confirm storage, setting and sequencing behavior. This does not prove automatic tube feeding or turning.
4–6 r/min speed reference
The source gives this rotational unit under High Bending Speed. Confirm the operating condition and meaning; it is not finished bends per minute or a complete-part cycle.
Trial a furniture, rail or frame part
- 01
Select the matched die
Approve outside diameter and the required radius.
- 02
Position the actual tube
Review straight-length access and support.
- 03
Form the bend
Use the supplied procedure and agreed settings.
- 04
Inspect the finished part
Check angle, geometry, surface and tube deformation.
Prepare a reviewable quotation
Supply grade, tube OD, wall, radius, angle, drawing and batch quantity. The source lists a 3 kW motor, 220 V or 380 V supply and DC 5 V foot-switch voltage; distinguish the machine power connection from the foot-switch control voltage. Confirm footprint, tools and loading space together.
Questions to settle before ordering
Can every 51 mm tube with 3 mm wall be accepted?
No universal grade-and-radius capacity is confirmed. Review actual material, wall and tooling.
Are the inch mold labels exact tube outside diameters?
The groove dimensions and size convention are not supplied. Confirm actual tube and tooling fit.
Do nine angles mean automatic multi-axis bending?
No automatic feeding or turning package is established by that figure. Confirm the control functions.
Is DC 5 V the machine power supply?
No. It is the listed foot-switch voltage; the machine supply options are 220 V or 380 V.
What should the sample trial check?
The finished angle and dimensions, tooling access, surface and deformation on actual tube stock.
