Find the thickness group, then the available width
| Supplied thickness group | Listed widths | Backgauge / cycle references |
|---|---|---|
| 1.5 mm | 600–2000 mm | 350 mm / 28 strokes per minute |
| 2 mm | 1000–2500 mm | 400 mm / 28 strokes per minute |
| 3 mm | 800–2500 mm | 400 or 500 mm / 33 strokes per minute |
| 4 mm | 1300, 1600 or 2000 mm | 500 mm / 33 strokes per minute |
Backgauge depth is a separate dimension
Cutting width versus blank depth
Cutting width describes the sheet dimension along the blade. The supplied 350, 400 or 500 mm backgauge value concerns positioning for the repeated cut.
Give the required blank sizes as a cut list. Ask how larger sheets are supported and how sizes outside the selected positioning range will be handled.
Assess a production batch, not just strokes
- 01
Agree stock
Specify grade, thickness and surface condition.
- 02
Set dimensions
Review backgauge setup and first-piece adjustment.
- 03
Cut the batch
Include loading, support and finished-part handling.
- 04
Check yield
Count acceptable blanks and inspect the edge.

28/33 strokes per minute are supplied cycle references, not guaranteed accepted blanks per minute. Confirm the selected motor, destination power standard and model-specific control scope.
Where Q11 fits
Straight blank preparation for duct panels, covers and repeated strips can be reviewed against the supplied range. Contours and internal openings require a different cutting route. WinYing can compare a representative cut list with CNC profile cutting when the geometry extends beyond straight shearing.
Questions to settle before ordering
Can the 4 mm group cut at 2500 mm width?
The supplied 4 mm rows end at 2000 mm. Confirm a different configuration if 2500 mm is required.
Is backgauge range the cutting width?
No. They describe separate blade-length and sheet-positioning dimensions.
Do 33 strokes mean 33 finished blanks each minute?
No. Include positioning, loading, unloading and accepted cut quality.
Does electric mean CNC control?
A motor-driven description does not confirm CNC control. Specify the required controller and positioning scope.
What should I provide for model selection?
Grade, thickness, full sheet width, finished cut sizes, batch mix and electrical standard.
