PROGRAMMED PROFILE CUTTING

1530 table: start with the part geometry

Contours · holes · nesting · edge acceptance
Concept illustration only; geometry and tooling follow the confirmed drawing.

Profiles instead of straight blade cuts

The 1530 CNC table follows programmed X/Y paths for contours, openings and nested parts. Its supplied work area is 1500×3000 mm; the listed 150 mm Z area is torch travel, not a plate-thickness rating.

Send a representative nest with holes, internal corners and the dimensions that matter. Review the usable sheet area and how the cut parts will be removed.

Separate severing capacity from the finished edge

Thin or detailed parts

Include the smallest holes, narrow features and closely spaced parts in the trial. Agree which geometry can be accepted directly and where later finishing is needed.

Thicker carbon-steel profiles

Agree cut quality, process settings and any finishing allowance at the actual thickness. Do not combine the maximum thickness with the listed maximum 12,000 mm/min speed.

Prepare the site around the complete cutting package

  • Electrical supplyThe reference is 380 V, three phase, 60 Hz. Confirm any destination variation and the complete installed load.
  • Air supplyMaximum 0.8 MPa is listed. Confirm required operating pressure, flow and air-treatment equipment.
  • Cutting environmentAgree the supplied fume-handling arrangement, table type and installation space.
  • TransportThe listed packing dimensions are 4000×2280×1850 mm; confirm the current packed shipment.

Questions to settle before ordering

Is 150 mm the cutting thickness?

No. It is the listed Z working area; the maximum carbon-steel thickness reference is 25 mm.

Can it cut 25 mm at 12,000 mm/min?

The separate maxima do not establish that combination. Obtain process data for the actual thickness.

Does reposition precision guarantee final part tolerance?

No. Agree finished-part measurements and test conditions on representative cuts.

Is the air requirement complete?

Only a maximum pressure is listed. Confirm flow, treatment and operating conditions.

What should a sample nest include?

Your actual grade and thickness, critical holes and contours, finished dimensions and edge requirements.
