Questions to settle before ordering
Is 1.5 mm valid for stainless steel?
The T-15 source separately lists stainless at 0.4–1.0 mm. Do not transfer the galvanized maximum.
Does every TDF corner fit?
Match the actual profile and test intended corners/cleats.
Are both hem profiles described?
The reference describes TDF Hem and Elbow Hem; confirm tooling for the purchased model.
Does this close longitudinal seams?
Flange forming and longitudinal seam closing are different operations.
What is needed for a quote?
Grade, thickness range, flange drawing/components, utilities and production requirements.
