The finished elbow defines the segment work
Provide the complete fitting
Show diameter, angle, radius, segment layout and the intended joint. Equal duct diameter can still require different fitting geometry.
The machine handles compatible prepared segments. Blank development, cutting and final end connections must be included in the production route.
Forming and joining are not blank development
- 01
Develop blanks
Use the approved fitting layout.
- 02
Prepare segments
Cut and shape compatible sections.
- 03
Form / join
Use matching edge tooling and support.
- 04
Inspect fitting
Check overall angle and end fit.

Questions to settle before ordering
Does it bend one solid-wall tube?
This product concerns sheet-metal segmented elbows, a different route from pipe bending.
Does it cut every blank?
Confirm cutting, shaping and joining supply scope separately.
Can the maximum apply to stainless?
No separate grade-specific basis is supplied here; request confirmation.
What should the trial include?
Difficult joints, smallest/largest recurring fitting geometry and the complete elbow.
What should I send?
Diameter, angle, radius, segment layout, material and joint/end details.
