Manual Folding Machine
Choose a manual WS folding machine from the complete folded section, bend length and operator work cycle.
- WS lengths
- 1000–2500 mm
- Sheet reference
- 0.3–1.5 mm
- Drive
- Hand-operated

Start with the folded section, not just the sheet size
Straight fold and part access
A manual folding beam forms the protruding sheet edge while the sheet is clamped along the bend line. Send the finished cross-section so the clamp, beam and later bends can be reviewed.
Flashing, duct panels and simple covers may share straight bend lines, but return flanges and already formed edges can change positioning and removal. Do not assume box or segmented-finger capability from the machine name.

| Up to 1300 mm | WS-1.5×1300 | 400 kg |
| Up to 1500 mm | WS-1.5×1500 | 450 kg |
| Up to 2000 mm | WS-1.5×2000 | 550 kg |

Compare the manual work cycle
- 01
Prepare the blank
Confirm dimensions and bend allowances from the finished section.
- 02
Position and clamp
Check the sheet support and the actual bend-line setup.
- 03
Operate the beam
Trial the material and width using the supplied operating procedure.
- 04
Inspect and reposition
Measure the fold, then prove access for subsequent bends.

All five supplied rows list 0.3–1.5 mm. The material basis is not specified; obtain grade-specific capacity confirmation and do not transfer the electric-series weights or limits.
Manual or powered folding?
Occasional custom work
Review manual handling for the typical bend length and thickness. Direct operator control can suit varied straight-fold work when the accepted cycle fits the workload.
Repeated long panels
Compare the same part on an electric or hydraulic configuration. Include setup, support, repositioning and first-piece approval rather than assuming a drive type provides a fixed output improvement.
Questions to settle before ordering
Does the machine need an electric drive?
The supplied manual page describes a hand-operated beam without an electric or hydraulic drive for normal folding.
Do all five rows list the same sheet range?
Yes, 0.3–1.5 mm is listed. Material-grade capacity still needs confirmation.
What does the 60° value mean?
The source labels it Smallest Fold Angle. Confirm the angle convention and the required finished geometry.
Can I assume it makes closed boxes or hems?
No. Confirm clamp/tooling access, return geometry and the required operation.
What should WinYing review?
Grade, thickness, bend length, finished section and the typical production cycle.
