Hydraulic Press Brake
Select an HTC hydraulic press brake from force, bending length, tooling and formed-part clearance. Confirm the positioning and control package separately.

Force and length are only the first two filters
Select the complete work envelope
Nominal force does not establish a universal thickness capacity. Material, thickness, bend length, tooling and the required profile must be reviewed together.
Check column distance, throat depth, stroke and open height against the formed part and the intended sequence. A part can need more access than a simple flat-strip bend.
Compare equal length with different clearances
| Model | Force / bend length | Stroke / open height |
|---|---|---|
| 100T3200 | 1000 kN / 3200 mm | 120 / 380 mm |
| 160T3200 | 1600 kN / 3200 mm | 200 / 450 mm |
| 200T3200 | 2000 kN / 3200 mm | 250 / 540 mm |

The source column is labelled Nominal Pressure but uses kN, a force unit. The 500T6000 row separately lists 5000 mm bending length; do not infer 6000 mm from its name. Obtain the approved selected-model drawing and force/length confirmation.
Hydraulic drive does not define the control package
Required positioning
Specify repeated sizes, gauge functions and the operator sequence. Confirm the control and backgauge scope of the quoted HTC model.
CNC requirement
If stored programs and programmable sequences are required, review the CNC press-brake configuration separately. Hydraulic drive alone does not establish a specific CNC controller or number of axes.
Questions to settle before ordering
Does force alone define the maximum thickness?
No. Confirm material, bend length, tooling and profile for the actual application.
Does 500T6000 confirm 6000 mm bending length?
The supplied row lists 5000 mm bending length. Obtain model-specific confirmation.
Why review stroke and open height?
They affect the available tooling and formed-part work envelope; check the complete bend sequence.
Is every hydraulic press brake CNC?
The drive description does not establish the control package. Specify the required controller and positioning scope.
What should I send for tooling selection?
Material, thickness, bend length, angle, radius, flange dimensions and the full part drawing.
Tell Us Your Hydraulic Press Brake Requirements
