Plan the actual mold list
Diameter portfolio
List every required duct diameter within the supplied Φ100–Φ1600 mm range. The range does not establish that every forming head mold is included.
Changeover demonstration
Choose two recurring sizes and observe mold exchange, setup and first accepted tube. Include the change in the production estimate.
Coil, head and discharge are three installation interfaces
Listed vertical uncoiler maximum load; confirm the actual coil.
Supplied material width; match grade and thickness.
Main machine reference size; add the separate discharge rack and access.

The source separates galvanized 0.5–1.2 mm and stainless 0.4–1.0 mm. Feeding speed 0–35 m/min is not finished duct output. Confirm steel molds, optional aluminum-alloy casting and included quantities.
Confirm both power arrangements
Pneumatic functions
The source describes pneumatic cutting and material turning. Obtain the air-supply details for the quoted package.
Hydraulic functions
Discharge and roller compression are described as hydraulic. Confirm the exact utility and service scope rather than inferring it from total power.
Questions to settle before ordering
How is diameter changed?
The supplied system uses a corresponding forming head mold.
Are all molds included?
Confirm the actual diameter list and quantities in the quotation.
What steel thickness ranges are listed?
Galvanized 0.5–1.2 mm and stainless 0.4–1.0 mm, subject to grade/configuration review.
Does 16 kW describe all utility needs?
No. Confirm electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic requirements for the supplied scope.
What layout should I send?
Coil loading/storage, main-machine area, discharge support and service access.
