Does every model form all six profiles?
No. The sample gallery shows reference profiles across configurations. Confirm the selected model, roller set and required profile drawing before ordering.
Does the machine also close the duct seam?
The lock former prepares the edge profile. Fold and assemble the mating panels, then close the joint in a separate operation using a compatible method.
How do I choose between SA-12HB and SA-15HB?
SA-12HB lists a reference sheet range of 0.5–1.2 mm and 1.5 kW power. SA-15HB lists 0.8–1.5 mm and 2.2 kW. Confirm the actual material grade, thickness range and required tooling with the quotation.
Can it process stainless steel?
Compatibility depends on the material grade, thickness, profile and quoted tooling. Do not assume that a reference sheet-thickness rating applies to every stainless steel grade. Send a drawing or sample for confirmation.
What should I send for a quotation?
Provide material grade, minimum and maximum sheet thickness, the profile drawing or sample, production needs, destination country and electrical supply. Include any additional profiles and downstream folding or seam-closing requirements.
