Mould-type spiral air duct machine adopts fixed shaping moulds, replacing different sizes of moulds to form different sizes of round ducts, making the duct size more accurate, stable duct size, good sealing performance and forming effect, the forming process is more stable and fast, and can be used according to the length of the demand for the use of high-speed synchronous automatic rolling shear cutting device.
The machine is controlled by PLC program and operated by touch screen interface. The host can adjust frequency and speed infinitely. The linear movement adopts pneumatic form, and the seam pressing adopts gas-liquid pressure boosting form (the clamping force can be adjusted by 6-12Mpa according to the plate thickness). All linear movements can be adjusted for speed and pressure.
