Components

   Welder mainly consists of the following components: welder body, clamping device, sintering and top forging transmission mechanism, compressed air system, water cooling system, electrical control device and so on.

  • Welder body:

It consists of a frame, a shell transformer and a voltage regulator. The welding transformer is installed on the bottom edge of the frame; Fixed and dynamic fixtures are installed on the frame; The right side of the fuselage is equipped with a burning and top forging transmission mechanism, and the front of the fuselage is equipped with a button box to control the work of the welding machine (the pedal switch can be installed according to user requirements).

  • Clamping device:

The left fixture of the welder is fixed and insulated from the fuselage; The right fixture of the welding machine is a moving fixture, which is bolted on two parallel guide rails. The cylinder of the pneumatic clamp is mounted behind the clamp base and relies on a lever to transfer the clamping force. The upper jaws of the left and right jig are circular motion, and the left and right jig can be vertically adjusted in the up and down direction. The adjustment of the solder in the horizontal direction is carried out by adjusting the position of the small conductor. During the welding process, the left movement of the moving fixture (forward) is achieved by the CAM; the right movement (back) is achieved by the spring at the left end of the guide rail to the right. After the welding process is complete, the moving fixture is returned to the original position.

  • Welding and over-forging drive mechanism

The CAM is always in contact with the roller at the end of the guide bar during rotation. The starting position of the moving fixture can be adjusted by adjusting the locking nut on the guide bar.

  • Compressed air system

The system is used for clamping and loosening the workpiece. The compressed air system includes air valve, water filter, pressure reducing valve, pressure gauge, electromagnetic reversing valve and cylinder. In addition to the cylinder are installed on the back of the welding machine, easy to maintain.

  • Water cooling system

When the welding machine is working, the water cooling system is specially set up to cool the welding transformer, conductive bus and clamp. It is divided into two pipes: one cooling welding transformer, the other cooling conductor and clamp.

Inlet and outlet water pipes are installed on the side of the welding machine, and users can install water pipes according to actual needs.
