2. Manually input the diameter and the number of input holes on the man-machine interface, the indexing plate adopts servo positioning, positioning tol erance ±1mm, when clamping the workpiece, the servo motor will rotate.
3. Round flange processing diameter range φ200 ~ φ1800mm.
4. The stamping die adopts standard modular design, and the replacement is simple and convenient during use.
5. The clamping mechanism of the index plate is completed by the servo motor with the ball screw.
Performance Feature
Machine production control is divided into manual, automatic, are equipped with an emergency stop device. The PLC screen is set for touch display. Two servo systems such as workpiece clamping, punch moving, indexing rotation and punching displacement are adopted respectively. The height of the operating line is 950mm to 1000mm.
