Performance Feature
1.The welding host adopts a cantilever structure, and the two cantilever beams are annealed and stress relieved after welding, ensuring that the crossbeam does not deform for a long time;

3.According to the thickness size of the workpiece, airbag or cylinder type can be used, with sufficient clamping force to prevent thermal deformation during the welding process;
4.The welding core shaft is embedded with copper molds, providing gas protection for the weld seam; Process different welding process slots according to the cylinder or flat workpiece to achieve single-sided welding and double-sided forming;
5.The distance between the welding core shaft and the piano key pressing finger is adjustable, which can adapt to different workpiece welding requirements;
6.The welding gun is driven by a DC servo motor supplier, with gear and rack transmission. The track surface is ground and processed, ensuring smooth walking and stable welding.
7.All gas pipes and cable suppliers are placed inside the drag chain, with a clean and beautiful appearance, while avoiding cable breakage.
