二、Description of each part of the production line:

1. Automatic gluing machine
1.1 Technical Description
①. The equipment only comes with one set of tooling (if other models of tooling are required, they need to be customized);
②. Equipment size: approximately 1500mm in length, 1000mm in width, and 1500mm in height (can be modified according to user requirements);
③. The PLC adopts the Omron series, and the cylinder adopts the ADK series;
④. Voltage: 220V; Total power: less than 3KW; Air pressure: ≥ 0.6MPa;
⑤. Sealing plate glue injection speed: 30-40 pieces/minute.

1.2 Action Description

① Manually place the filter seal plate and inner seal on the feeding belt and start the equipment;
② The filter sealing plate is transported to the front of the pushing cylinder through a conveyor belt, and then pushed to the glue dividing plate by the pushing cylinder;
③ The gluing dial detects material, rotates one grid to start gluing, and then rotates another grid after gluing is completed. The material is pushed out by the pushing cylinder and enters the next process, where gluing is completed.

2、Filter sealing machine
2.1 Work efficiency: adjustable from 30 to 40 pieces per minute (note: the larger the product diameter, the slower the speed);
2.2 Processing range: outer diameter of shell 65mm -93mm; Height: 65mm -170mm; Thickness: Cover plate thickness 0.5mm-1.0 mm; Shell thickness 0.5mm-1.0mm;

3. Buffer conveyor belt

3.1 2000mm long chain plate conveyor belt, effective width 800mm, height 800mm ± 50mm, height adjustable up and down 60mm, product can be cached and adjusted in sections when switching products;
3.2 The guide rails on both sides are made of 40 * 80 * 1.3mm aluminum alloy profiles, the support frame is made of 40 * 40 * 1.35mm aluminum profiles, and the bottom of the support feet is equipped with M121 adjustable foot cups;
3.3 The belt is supported by 1.2mm galvanized sheet;
3.4 Adopting a 220V/400W variable speed motor (equipped with a speed controller), with a speed range of 0-10 meters/minute;
3.5 Add adjustable baffle guardrails on both sides.

4、Filter automatic screen printing machine
4.1 Utilize screen printing plates, cylinders, and conveyor belts to achieve automatic loading and unloading of filters and complete automatic printing functions. Enable it to better save manpower and reduce costs.
4.2 Technical Description
① Equipment size: approximately 2850mm long and 750mm wide (including a 1.2-meter long material path);
② The PLC adopts the Omron series, the cylinder adopts the SMC series, and the electrical components adopt the Schneider brand;

7. Gas testing machine

② When changing the tooling, simply replace the positioning tooling on the turntable, the top ring tooling in the feed device, the sealing ring guide tooling in the feed device, and adjust the height of the pressure plate (if the product height does not change significantly, no adjustment is needed);
③ The exit position of the equipment is equipped with a high-precision laser height detector, which can detect whether the O-ring of the filter is properly assembled. If the inspection fails, the filter will be pushed out from the unqualified station, effectively avoiding the downward rotation of unqualified products assembled with O-rings;

13. Filter automatic plastic sealing machine
13.1 Utilize belt conveyors, cylinders, vacuum suction cups, cutting equipment, etc. to achieve automatic sealing of filter plastic film. Enable it to better save manpower, improve production efficiency, and reduce costs;

⑦ Automatic cutting of heat shrink film, with a diameter range that meets Ф 65- Ф 93mm product requirements.
13.3 Equipment Functions
① Fully automatic heat shrink film sealing machine, with automatic circulation and unmanned operation for film cutting, upper and lower parts, entering and exiting the drying channel, and lower parts;
