Performance Feature
This equipment and similar round duct production equipment, compared with the flexible universal characteristics, can process Ф80mm-1500mm range of any diameter of the round duct, simple adjustment. There is no need to have a fixed mould, the length of the round duct can be freely sized, automatic sawing off the material. The machine adopts PLC programme control, operated by the touch screen interface, the host can be adjusted frequency infinitely variable speed, linear motion using pneumatic form, the seam pressurisation using pneumatic-hydraulic pressurisation form (pressurisation force according to the thickness of the plate can be adjusted 6-12Mpa), all the linear motion can be adjusted speed, adjust pressure.
